Agenda 21…ICLEI Is Unconstitutional…Is It In Your Town?

The local officials who question or sneer at the idea that ICLEI is some sort of UN plot to take away our sovereignty need to read this from the ICLEI website:At the UNEP Governing Council/Global Ministerial Environment Forum (GC26/GMEF), that took place from 21-24 February 2011, in Nairobi, Kenya, ICLEI has been flying the flag for Local Governments. ICLEI was in attendance as a Local Authority Major Group Co-Facilitator, a representative of the interests of local governments.  (Emphasis mine)

The UNEP is the United Nations Enivronmental Programme.  Here’s the UNEP website.  They are the environmental branch of the UN system:

UNEP, established in 1972, is the voice for the environment within the United Nations system. UNEP acts as a catalyst, advocate, educator and facilitator to promote the wise use and sustainable development of the global environment. To accomplish this, UNEP works with a wide range of partners, including United Nations entities, international organizations, national governments, non-governmental organizations, the private sector and civil society.

This is just another example of government going behind the backs of it’s citizens, voting in laws and regulations that are meant to hinder future development of private property in the interests of a few environmentalists. I’m sure there is money to be made in this scheme for government agents in the know. All you have to do is follow the money.

It’s all part of Agenda 21, a grand plan by the UN to close off lands to development, in fact, move people off their land and into clustered cities. If you Google Agenda 21, you will find a map that shows the UN proposed exclusion zones where human activity will be strictly limited.

I happen to live and work in and near one of these exclusion zones. Do you?

Agenda 21′s anchor baby is “Sustainable Development”.  Sustainable Development is to “harmonize” U.S. environmental policy with U.N. directives as outlined in “Agenda 21″, compliments of Geo. H. W. Bush.  Arkansas’ local Agenda 21 planning guide was published by ICLEI.  As you may recall, No. Little Rock Mayor Patrick Henry Hayes has been the national president of ICLEI. (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives…already in 70 different countries)

What is “Sustainable Development”?  Sustainablists state that every societal decision be based on environmental impact, focusing on 3 components:  Global land use, global education, and global population control and reduction. As Hillary Clinton succinctly stated

“the age of individualism is over”.

There has been and is a concerted effort to hide Agenda 21′s roots from the people.  It is said there is a segment of society who fear one-world government giving rise to the stripping of individual freedom and those U.S. citizenswould actively work to defeat any elected official who has joined any one of Agenda 21′s bastard babies.  It is noteworthy to mention that a number of Arkansas elected officials are squarely in bed and embracing the insidious Agenda 21 which restricts movement, does away with property rights and wholeheartedly embraces the concept of “stack ‘em & pack ‘em”-self-contained mass compaction.
