Better hide those rain barrels. It will soon be against the law to collect rain water. From Before It’s News, here’s an interesting paragraph in the article;
The IPCC document HS 15332 Climate Change Impacts: Securitization of Water, Food, Soil, Health, Energy and Migration explains how the UN plans to secure resources to use at their disposal. Through the International Monetary Fund (IMF) under-developed countries are forced to sell their resources to the global Elite as “full cost recovery” to the global central bankers. Once those resources are under the complete control of the IMF they become assets to be reallocated back to the enslaved nations for a price.
This scheme makes water sources under central privatization cost more and become less accessible to those who desperately need it. Water prices rise while the quality of it diminishes. This forces natives in places like South Africa and India to collect water from polluted streams and rivers, which compromises their health. The cycle in complete when those who had their water stolen from them through coercion die from contaminated water that they were forced to use.
Water is what’s called a renewable resource. Think about it. Water evaporates up into the atmosphere and returns as rain. All the species of Earth use it and through sweating and other waste mechanisms, send the water back into the earth to be filtered, cleaned and reused. Even steam returns as water after it cools down. Simple. Basic. Biology.
OK, I may be in the realm of black helicopters (at least, that’s what I was told – even though there really is an Army unit that operates black helicopters), but I think Agenda 21 goes much deeper than just what we see on the surface. I started looking into something I stumbled across on line and I am convinced that there is a mulch-facited agenda to reduce the world’s population by about 5 BILLION people currently being put into place and Agenda 21 is just one arm of this octopus. So, given that you have read that scary little book you turned me on to, do YOU think I am seeing space ships, or should I put what skills I have to work running this “conspiracy” to ground?
You have skills I don’t have and no, you’re not seeing space ships. Go to your local county or city council web page and look up “sustainable development” or “smart growth”. These are products of Agenda 21 that use harmless sounding names to promote the UN agenda. They could also use the acronym ICLIE. LOL, I already know those names, as well as how “Family Planning” works into this picture (I just started last night, but I learn VERY fast
). I am also beginning to see that this all goes back to Eugenics and the Fabian Socialists (i.e. Hitler). “Women’s health” is another code phrase to watch for.
I know that the UN is running/coordinating the whole thing, and that they have openly stated food is one of their “weapons” in their efforts.
The environmental movement is tied to this (it’s why they banned DDT – so they could allow millions to die from an easily preventable disease: malaria).
I think there may even be something to the claims that vaccination programs are being used against the global population, but am having difficulty running that rabbit to ground.
Oh, and I have tied Bill Gates, George H. W. Bush, Al Gore, Ted Turner, Warren Buffet, George Soros and a number of other famous names to this movement using sources such as PBS.

Better than I probably could have done. I’ve been keeping an eye on this for several years, but most people either don’t care or have more important things to worry about.
