Embedding YouTube Videos May Soon Be a Felony (via Phoebe’s Detention Room)

Well, this new proposed legislation will put a crimp in bloggers of both political stripes. No more embedding videos from MSNBC or Fox News. No more music videos to embellish a blog post or just for fun. Oh, and that article you just published an excerpt from may cost you five years in the pokey, plus a hefty fine and/or restitution.
