Travon Martin Consumes The News Cycle

Smitty figures President Obama is using the brouhaha over the Travon Martin shooting as political theater. Obama wants to use this tragedy to further his own political future, either as the instigator of civil unrest in order to try out his new executive order, or to become known as the peacemaker for toning down the violent rhetoric.

I go for choice number one myself. If the President had any interest in seeing that things didn’t escalate any further, he would have already spoken up and possibly held a national press conference to tone down the rhetoric.

What is the deal with these jackwagons and the race baiting? Is the point here to build up the tension and then let #OccupyResoluteDesk appear to be the peacemaker, throwing some propaganda orgy for his media sycophants, to calm the storm he’s called?

Truly, we are tangled up in Blue-state idiocy.

This story will never get old and for people to judge someone for what they are wearing and how they walk is just crazy. Travon lived over in that area with his father and for a person to think it was his fault is crazy we all listen to the 911 call. The operator told Zimmerman to go home and let them handle it so you tell me what his motive was.

Zimmerman had a record, Martin did not. It seems to me that it’s morel likely that Zimmerman was a police wanna-be. He was told to not confront the boy. The reason is that he is not a trained law enforement officer. No matter what happened, these facts alone, but at least 60% of the blame on this trigger happy feller.

Travon Martin was also covered under the stand your ground Castle Doctrine. More than likely Zimmerman is guilty of manslaughter, but the truth may never be know because the main witness is dead. I think there is enough wrong doing in this case just to hold him in jail.
