#DangerousDoofus #BrettKimberlin Threatens Another Conservative Blogger

Scum of the Earth, Brett Kimberlin has evidently threatened another Conservative blogger, one Robert Stacy McCain and his family. There are one of two reasons for the threats. Either Kimberlin is out of sorts because Stacy put out a clarion call to all like minded bloggers to put the heat on Kimberlin for his nefarious activities…or Kimberlin took offense to Stacy’s rant about not being invited to the first annual Breitbart Awards ceremony coming up on May 25, 2012. I would say the first scenario is what set the thug off. Here’s an excerpt;

Law enforcement officials have been made aware that convicted terrorist Brett Kimberlin appears to be engaged in an attempt to intimidate me into being silent about his sordid criminal history.

Appropriate precautions have been take to ensure the safety of my family and others who might be endangered if Kimberlin resorts to violence to accomplish his malicious purposes. At the urging of concerned friends, we have vacated our former residence and I am now blogging from a secret location which Kimberlin will be unable to discover or reach. Nevertheless, we sincerely ask for intercessory prayer, that God will send angels to guard us in this grave crisis.

In fact, this crisis is an answer to prayer: My wife and I had been contemplating whether to leave Maryland, and had asked that God would give us a sign. Guess we got what we prayed for — unexpectedly!

Update; Many Conservative bloggers have posted and linked to the story about the hijinks of one Brett Kimberlin, infamous domestic terrorist. Here’s one man’s take on Kimberlin and he wonders how Kimberlin got out of prison so early;

Poe-esque is the story of the life-long violent criminal, con-artist, forger and liar Brett Kimberlin. Stacy McCain has done a masterful job digging into a story that he has reported on several times in the past and has been hammering on since the 17th when Aaron Walker (posting as Aaron Worthing on his blog Allergic to Bull) posted his epic 2800 word article about this scumbag who is attempting to frame him for a crime as a way to shut him up. Conducting “Lawfare” an acknowledged methodology of the left and frequently used by cultural Marxists to silence those opposed to controlled speech and in actuality to silence anyone who opposes any of the steps being made towards a totalitarian Marxist regime.

Even a federal conviction and 17 years in federal prison (sentenced to 50 years and only served 17? For a violent crime? right aroud 30%, much too short a time for violent offenders). His release on parole (which he has violated numerous times but only returned to prison once) was way below the guidelines and his penchant for self filing frivolous lawsuits may well be the reason the DOJ sprung him early. (They actually let me out slightly ahead of my end of sentence due to the prohibitively high cost of my heart surgery. I was eligible, as a non-violent offender and first time convict, to go home on house arrest with an ankle bracelet at any time since my conviction. The prosecutor wanted me to serve every day [100%] of my sentence because of the impersonation issue with which I was never charged and since the DoD refused to answer the question as to whether I was authorized or not, citing National Security, the judge removed all references from the court proceeding, even becoming angry with the US Attorney when she asked for an enhancement of my sentence for “using my military office to improperly profit” from the contract with the Kuwaiti government. Request denied as the DoD had refused the judges order.)

Kimberlin never should have been freed on parole until 2023 at the earliest.

But he’s here and he’s dancing to the tune of the leftist rhetoric, using his talents and violent whims to attack and silence anyone who speaks the truth about him or promotes a political philosophy contrary to the Marxist Mantra.

I smell a rat …

It does seem pretty damn odd that non violent criminals are made to serve most if not all of their sentence, but violent offenders are released, usually after serving less than half of their sentences. Wonder why that is?

And what could have led Brett Kimberlin (who supposedly is so frightened of me that he needs a peace order) to do… whatever he did to alarm Mr. McCain?

Well, you might consider reading this passage from Mark Singer’s book Citizen K (pages 60-61), discussing how Kimberlin dealt with the issue of taxes, when he was a massive drug dealer.  After all, any person who has seen The Untouchables knows that they ultimately got Capone for tax evasion—that is hiding the profits for being a gangster.  So here’s how Kimberlin avoided that problem:

He had not not yet turned nineteen when he first sough professional tax advice.  “When I first started dealing dope, I went to see a lawyer in New York, who told me how to beat the tax people,” he said.  “I had to pay this guy $2,500 or $3,000 for a couple of hours of consultation.  Plus I had to fly out there.  But it was worth it.”  Other than driving an expensive car and owning a small airplane, he avoided ostentation and, along the way, the scrutiny of the tax authorities.  Each year, he figured out how much he’d spent, extrapolated the income that would be required to support such a life, added ten percent, and filed a short-form tax return, taking the standard deduction.  The tax code did not specifically require him to list his occupation, so he left that space blank.  The only meony he ever put in the bank, he said, was the money he used to pay taxes.  He wrote only two checks a year—one to the Internal Revenue Service, and the other to the Indiana Department of Revenue.

So having read all of that, go and look at this post at McCain’s site.  Do you see what I see?
